Kelly M. Wieser
Kelly, an attorney, is the Manager of Invest New Hampshire Regional Center (“INHRC”). In this position, she calls on her educational background as well as her legal and business experience to make all the key decisions for INHRC. Kelly has been building her expertise in the EB-5 Program for over twelve years. With the assistance of a law school classmate, Kelly handled the entire EB-5 Regional Center application process entirely in-house, with the exception of economic analysis completed by highly recognized EB-5 economist Michael K. Evans of Evans, Carroll & Associates, Inc. Kelly has attended USCIS EB-5 Stakeholder meetings in person and by teleconference and constantly keeps abreast of all of the latest EB-5 related developments via the industry organization Invest in the USA and relevant webinars.
At INHRC, Kelly is responsible for overseeing the hiring and work product of INHRC personnel; managing financial matters; establishing best practices for compliance and other regulatory processes; developing and maintaining relationships with Business Affiliates; and all other activities relating to the operations and success of the Regional Center.
Kelly earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire in 1996 and J.D. and M.I.P. degrees from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2001. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is in the process of applying for reciprocal admission to the New Hampshire Bar. Kelly has significant experience in the resort and real estate development fields and serves as an LLC Manager for several companies. Her areas of legal practice include real estate, business entities, telecommunications leasing and transactional law. She has worked both in a traditional law firm environment and as in-house counsel.
When not working on INHRC matters and family business projects, Kelly enjoys alpine skiing, hiking, reading, travel and spending time with her husband, two daughters, friends and family.

Beverly Chappell
With over 26+ years of expertise in digital media solutions and many years of legal document management experience, Beverly provides Invest New Hampshire Regional Center with a comprehensive, timely and detail-orientated approach to managing the sensitive information in its control. Her responsibilities include managing the document library, collecting and filing all approved investor and project documentation, assisting with on-going project monitoring, and maintaining the NHEB5.com website.
Beverly holds a BA in Communication Studies with a Minor in Pre-law from Plymouth State University, and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Franklin Pierce University.

Meijuan “Summy” Pilling
Ms. Pilling, a native of Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, The People’s Republic of China, currently lives in Waterbury, Vermont. Ms. Pilling, a graduate of Nantong University, was formerly a Project Manager for Zhanyun (Shanghai) Electronics Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quanta, the world’s largest notebook computer original design manufacturer (ODM), where, among other job requirements, she interacted with high level representatives of some of the world’s best known technology companies, such as Apple, Acer and Dell.
Ms. Pilling provides business operations and translation services for Invest New Hampshire Regional Center and she will be available to speak with EB-5 Investors from China in their native language to answer questions and concerns about Invest New Hampshire Regional Center’s EB-5 opportunities.
