{"id":12,"date":"2012-04-05T23:58:51","date_gmt":"2012-04-05T23:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nheb5.com\/eb5_visa\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2021-07-07T18:07:33","modified_gmt":"2021-07-07T18:07:33","slug":"why-choose-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nheb5.com\/eb5_visa\/why-choose-us\/","title":{"rendered":"Why Choose Us?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Invest New Hampshire Regional Center has developed its approach to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/working-in-the-united-states\/permanent-workers\/eb-5-immigrant-investor-program\">EB-5 Visa Program<\/a> with a focus on several areas we believe make us the best choice for achieving your objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Invest New Hampshire Regional Center EB-5 projects are located in rural TEAs<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 Where EB-5 investments are made within USCIS-approved Targeted Employment Areas (\u201cTEAs\u201d), the requisite investment is reduced from US $1,800,000.00 to US $900,000.00. (currently pending further action.)\u00a0TEAs occur in either areas of high unemployment or in rural areas. Nearly the entire State of New Hampshire is designated as a rural TEA. Where it is risky to base TEA designation on fluctuating unemployment numbers, our ability to use the rural TEA designation offers stability and assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Invest New Hampshire Regional Center\u2019s designated TEAs <\/strong>are based on census data and will be re-evaluated every 10 years<strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.census.gov\/prod\/cen2010\/cph-2-1.pdf\">2010 U.S. Census<\/a>, a source of data required to identify TEAs, 7 of New Hampshire\u2019s 10 counties are completely rural (excluding the cities of Concord in Merrimack County and Keene in Cheshire County).\u00a0 Regional Centers utilizing high unemployment numbers to obtain TEA designation must provide up to date unemployment data when EACH EB-5 Investor files an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/i-526\">I-526<\/a> with USCIS.\u00a0 By contrast, the 2010 Census data we rely on for our rural classification will remain the same for the next 10 years, ensuring that every EB-5 Investor will receive identical TEA documentation from us to file with their I-526.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We are not a single purpose Regional Center.\u00a0 <\/strong>Many Regional Centers were formed for the purpose of funding a single project and will cease to operate after that project is complete.\u00a0 They do not have long term interests in mind.\u00a0 Invest New Hampshire Regional Center will offer multiple opportunities\u00a0in various and independent New Hampshire companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We do everything in-house.\u00a0 <\/strong>We, the individuals running Invest New Hampshire Regional Center, will be integrally involved in your EB-5 experience and \u201cGreen Card\u201d\u00a0 procurement every step of the way.\u00a0 Most, if not all, other regional centers outsource many components of the EB-5 process to outside companies or governmental entities.\u00a0 We don\u2019t think that disjointed management of the EB-5 process is in your best interest, or ours.\u00a0 Our knowledgeable, cohesive team will communicate with each other and you to provide you with the best opportunity for success.\u00a0 Ask us questions; we know the answers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You\u00a0are not\u00a0\u00a0making\u00a0a loan.\u00a0 <\/strong>Many Regional Centers offer guaranteed returns as an incentive to get you to choose them. \u00a0A\u00a0guaranteed return can be classified as a loan and could disqualify you from either I-526 or I-829 approval.\u00a0 USCIS requires the entire minimum amount of your EB-5 investment to be fully at-risk.\u00a0 We feel that our business model exemplifies the type of opportunities intended by the legislation that created this program \u2013 equity investments in viable businesses with realistic job creation and opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Let\u2019s \u201cget married and stay married.\u201d<\/strong> Many Regional Centers may offer you contractual exit strategies that are effectuated when the conditions are removed from your \u201cGreen Card.\u201d \u00a0These are not permitted by USCIS (see point #6 on page one of seminal EB-5 case, <em>In re Izummi<\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/eoir\/legacy\/2014\/07\/25\/3360.pdf\">click here<\/a>), as they do not want to see \u201ca promise to get divorced before getting married.\u201d\u00a0 The owners of the companies participating\u00a0in the EB-5 program \u00a0facilitated\u00a0\u00a0by Invest New Hampshire Regional Center will be your partners, are excited about your involvement and are committed to respecting your objectives as the relationship evolves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information specific to your individual requirements please click on the appropriate link below: If you\u2019re an <strong>International Entrepreneur<\/strong> interested in learning more about Invest New Hampshire Regional Center\u2019s EB-5 \u00a0projects , <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nheb5.com\/eb5_visa\/international-entrepreneurs\/\">click here<\/a>.
